Our shipping rates are:

  • Within Ontario:
    Order for >$15 – $2.99 CAD
    Order for <$15 – $4.99 CAD
  • Outside Ontario: Standard shipping – $9.99 CAD

At Southern Spices, we take pride in delivering high-quality, preservative-free pickles and spice blends made with fresh ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a no-return policy. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to make things right if there’s an issue.

1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products once delivered, due to food safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at info@southernspices.ca with the following:
i) Your order number
ii) A description of the issue
iii) Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only if:
i) The item was damaged or spoiled upon delivery
ii) You received the wrong product
iii) Your order was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (excluding shipping delays beyond our control)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days or as store credits

4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
